We were the Architect for the schematic design for a 42,373,204 sq. ft. ocean park resort.  Our design features 4 hotels, 11 residency towers and shopping malls in Du Jiang Yan, Chengdu, China for Pan Pacific Investment Inc.  The four 5 star hotels have 1,725 rooms with a total area of 471,255.72 sq. ft.
