We were the Architect, Theatre Consultant and Acoustician for this reincarnation of the old 800 seat neo-classical Times Square Theatre in the heart of Manhattan’s theatre district into a new and dynamic 4D theatre showing state-of-the-art 3D movies with a dynamic fourth dimension where viewers feel the action on screen.

A giant LED screen will showcase the events.
The construction cost for this historic renovation was $27,000,000.
