We are the Architect, Theatre Consultant and Acoustician for a 70,000 sq. ft. expansion to the existing center containing a food court, exhibit spaces, 500-seat flexible black box theatre convertible to an exhibit space with telescoping seating and a 330 car parking structure. This LEED Gold design contains photovoltaic cells on the southerly portions of the theatre.
