We were the Architects for the adaptive re-use of a historic 1916 bank building. The original building was 25,000 sf and there was 55,000 sf of new construction totaling 80,000 sf. The renovation contains the lobby, a 99 seat flexible black box theatre, 2 art galleries, administrative offices and support spaces.

The new construction consists of 3 separate theatres with 500, 330 and 300 seat capacities and the theatres vary from a soft thrust with balcony, to a soft proscenium with flies to a strong thrust as well as 3 rehearsal halls, a scene shop and a costume shop.
