As the Joint Venture Architect our responsibilities focused on the theatre. We were also the Theatre Consultant and Acoustician for this newly constructed $13.3 million, 25,000 sf performance arts auditorium. This venue includes a 700 seat Performing Arts Center with orchestra pit and fly tower to serve the high school, community college and community at large.

This acclaimed auditorium for an Alaskan island community of 8,000 people was built quite economically despite having no local labor force and having labor and materials barged in from the lower 48 states. The auditorium was completed in March 2008.
