Location: Santa Monica, CA Type: Renovation/Educational We are the architects for this 25,700 sq. ft. classroom/administration building containing 11 standard classrooms, art and media studios and 3 separate administrating pods for the middle school, college prep and the overall school. This LEED Gold building with courtyard has photovoltaic cells covering the roofs and ample north light to reduce electrical consumption. Under construction.
