AGBU School Manoukian Center’s Construction Have Past 70%

The construction of this 23,000 SF school renovation has finished more than 70%. It started on March 2014 and should be finalized by September 2016.

The glass envelope of the new lobby and foyer is been closed up and the crew started working on the interior finishes (metal cladding, ceiling, paint, etc.) On the audience chamber 95% of the wood paneling is in place and the acoustical treatment installation should start shortly. Seating risers should be built up within next month in preparation for the seating installation some time during the summer.
