Barstow Community College Performing Arts Center Anticipated to Open September 2014

Barstow Community College broke ground on their 750-seat Performing Arts Center in October 2010. We are the associated design architect, theatre consultant, and acoustician for the 44,000 sq. ft. performing arts center. In addition to its 750 seat proscenium theatre for music and drama, the center also features a 212 black box theatre and a 300 seat amphitheater with support spaces, a dance studio and orchestra and choral rehearsal rooms with a recording studio in between. A roll drop scrim separates to 250 seats in the lower section. This project will earn a LEED Silver Certificate.
