GAM Entertainment Building

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Type: Commercial

Awards: 2003 AIA-SFV Citation Award

We were the Architect for a new 36,000 square foot building consisting of corporate offices, theatre lighting show room, storage, a rehearsal facility for The Los Angeles Opera Company and subterranean parking. It is clad with corrugated metal and uses structural steel sections as solar control devices. This project was completed in 2003.
