Architect and Acoustician for the new 60,000 square foot building for the Orange County School of The Arts Charter School. It contains 8 science classrooms including 2 chemistry labs, 3 rehearsal halls, 16 practice rooms, 14 dance studios with varying floor surfaces for different types of dance all wrapped around a central courtyard for outdoor gatherings and performances. The main street facade is dynamically changing with photo engraved scrims depicting arts every 5 years.

The existing 300 seat recital hall shall be renovated.
