We were the invited competition winner for this mixed-use development which consists of a 20,000 square meter office tower, a 20,000 square meter apartment tower, both over a 20,000 square meter commercial and entertainment center base which includes theatres and restaurants all of which is above 2 levels of subterranean garage at 10,000 square meters.
