Educational Awards: 2012 AIA-SFV Design Excellence Award 2011 American School & University Outstanding Design Award As the Architect, Theatre Consultant and Acoustician for this 55,000 sq. ft. Performing Arts Center we created a 500 seat proscenium theatre with a tension grid, a 150 seat black box theatre, a 1,500 seat amphitheater and an art gallery. The center also contains all support spaces, rehearsal halls, and classrooms for the Theatre Arts, Music and Speech programs. The project also consists of 2 parking lots. This LEED Silver Certificate project, which was financed through a referendum bond, was completed in 2010.
